SHIFT ABSENCES
Each time you are unable to make a mentoring shift, you must fill out the absence form. There is a different form for elementary, middle, and high school mentors, so be sure you select the one that is appropriate for you. All the absence forms are in the Master Sheet above. There are only 2 unexcused absences allowed per semester!

ATTENDANCE
Elementary, middle, and high school mentors will all have a different attendance form to fill out after each mentoring shift. This is for our records so we can confirm your hours! All of the attendance forms are available in the Master Sheet above.
GBM ABSENCES
If you are unable to make a GBM, be sure that you fill out the GBM absence form to let us know. The link to the form is in the Master Sheet above! Remember, there is a requirement for 2 GBM's per semester! Feel free to email us (mentorgnv@gmail.com) if you have any extenuating circumstances that keep you from attending at least 2.
