Our social media pages are another great way to stay in the loop about important dates and deadlines, while also seeing all the great things we do! Be sure to follow our Instagram (@mentorgnv) and join our Slack using the link in our Master Sheet! We also have a LinkedIn page that you can use to add your mentoring experience to your personal page.

Elementary, middle, and high school mentors each have a different attendance form to complete after every mentoring shift. This helps us keep accurate records and confirm your hours! All of the attendance forms are linked in the Master Sheet above.

Each time you are unable to make it to your mentor shift for a reason that qualifies as an excused absence, you must fill out the excused absence form. There is a different form for elementary, middle, and high school mentors, so be sure to select the one that is appropriate for you. All the absence forms are linked in the Master Sheet above. You must also notify your shift supervisor using the links to school directories found in the Mentor's Guide. Only two unexcused absences are allowed per semester!

To maintain active membership in MentorGNV, mentors are expected to attend 1 GBM and 2 involvement activities each semester. Involvement activities may include socials, fundraisers, community service events, school events, donation drives, and more. These opportunities will be announced via Slack and Instagram as they are coordinated.
